1977年8月12日，宝丽多唱片发行了这张合辑大碟，收录了张国荣入行后最早录制的两首英文歌“Do You Wanna Make Love” (A4) 和“I Like Dreamin'” (B2)，这是华语歌坛历史上首次收录张国荣歌曲的唱片。
8月25日，宝丽多唱片把这两首歌做成EP，名为《I Like Dreamin'》，作为Leslie的首张宣传碟面市。
2004年9月，环球唱片发行了本合辑的复黑版CD。
